✅ MetEngage Account Access – Action Needed

We’re getting in touch because it looks like you may not be receiving MetEngage community messages as expected. We’re really sorry if this has affected your experience.

To make sure you get the full benefit of MetEngage – including local updates from your neighbourhood policing team – please take a moment to check your account status:

🔐 1. If you have already registered…

You should have received an automated activation email when you first signed up.
This email link expires after 30 days, and until it’s activated, your account won’t fully connect to the system.

✅ Please search your inbox for this activation email.
✅ It may also be in your junk/spam folder, so please check there too.

If you find it, simply click the link to activate your account.

🔄 2. If your activation link has expired…

No problem at all.

Please re‑register on MetEngage.
You’ll then receive a new activation email automatically.

Once activated, you’ll start receiving regular community updates from your local policing teams.

📩 3. Check your information settings

We want you to have a positive and useful MetEngage experience.

Your level of communication depends on the types of messages and groups you choose to follow:

✅ The more groups you join and
✅ The more information types you select

… the more messages, emails, or notifications you’ll receive.

For some people this can feel overwhelming, and that’s absolutely fine.

If you want to start by selecting everything, you can.
And if it becomes too much, you can simply go into your Settings at any time and reduce what you receive.
